Okay, I know the reason: I didn’t eat a big dinner, and I was feeling rather peckish, so I decided to make some apple crisp at 1am. I’m a night owl, I know. Didn’t eat it until 2am, and I had it with a little bit of low-fat ice cream. Afterwards I felt guilty that I ate so late.
So I popped in my Turbo Jam DVD and did the 20-minute workout (what a burn!). I feel much better now. Just showered and now I’m off to bed.
Oh, and sorry that I can’t post the recipe for the apple crisp as of yet. I kinda ate it all before I could take any photos to post. :)
