You're right, Duo. When I first read this recipe I was looking for the "Jamaican flair", but I think it's the added lime. Rum is an excellent idea to bring the Jamaican out of this cake... like added to brown sugar and butter when it's on the stovestop. Methinks I'll try that next time! :D And Mr. Burpy, you're welcome to a slice! :) LOL! You’re right, Duo.
