there is this layering tequnique, if you put a layer of sour cream mixed with cream cheese blended. than a layer od guacamole and salsa. than when you dip your cjip you have the best of all worlds. mhmm</description>

Those are some good alternates.  I never really used cilantro in my cooking before, but I think I&#039;m going to give it a try next time I make guacamole (geez... I&#039;m craving some now)!</description>

		<description>This recipe looks good! An alternate version could include lime instead of lemond juice, a nice big pinch of cilantro and some minced fresh jalapeno peppers if you like it hot. 

God i love guacamole!
